A Character (the hero)
The story starts with the customer, not the company. You name one specific customer and one specific thing they want, in plain words.
Name the external problem, the internal one (how it makes them feel), and the philosophical one (why it is wrong). The internal problem is what makes a customer feel understood.
The customer needs a guide, not another hero. A guide shows empathy and authority. This is where your business enters, as the trusted helper.
