Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to answer your inquiries and improve the quality of our work. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions. When you use a contact form on this site, we receive the name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message content you submit.
- Email and direct inquiries. When you email arnold@teloscreative.com or reach out through social channels, we receive the information contained in your message.
- Analytics data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are popular, how visitors navigate the site, and where our traffic comes from. This typically includes anonymized IP addresses, device and browser information, referring URLs, pages viewed, and rough geographic location at the city level.
- Session recordings and heatmaps. We use Microsoft Clarity to record aggregate session interactions (clicks, scrolls, mouse movement) so we can identify usability issues. Clarity automatically masks form fields and text by default so sensitive content is not captured.
- Google Business Profile data. When you interact with our Google Business Profile (calls, direction requests, profile views), Google provides aggregated statistics to us. We do not receive your personal identity from these interactions.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following legitimate purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry and qualify whether we are a good fit for the project.
- To deliver the services described in a signed statement of work.
- To send occasional follow-up emails related to your inquiry or engagement.

Third Parties Who Receive Your Data
A small number of third parties process data on our behalf:

- Microsoft (Clarity) — processes anonymized session recordings.
- Hostinger — hosts this website and stores contact form submissions in our WordPress database.

We do not work with ad networks, data brokers, or lead-resale platforms. Your information stays with us and the service providers above.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our WordPress database for up to 24 months unless you become an active client, in which case we retain them for the duration of our engagement plus seven years for tax and contract record-keeping. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months under our configuration. You may request earlier deletion at any time using the contact details below.
Your Rights Under California (CCPA) and Other Privacy Laws
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the following rights regarding personal information we hold about you:
- Right to know what personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete the personal information we have collected, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information, so this is effectively a default state for all visitors.
- Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny you service or charge different prices if you exercise any of these rights.
Residents of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and similar) have substantively the same rights. Children’s Privacy
Our services are directed at businesses and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled, uses a Content Security Policy to mitigate cross-site scripting, and is hosted on Hostinger’s managed WordPress infrastructure with automatic security patching. No transmission over the internet is ever 100 percent secure, so we encourage you to avoid including sensitive personal or financial information in contact form messages.
