A locally owned window cleaning business in Greeley serving Northern Colorado, run by one operator rather than a franchise. In a category where most competitors look interchangeable, the advantage is that a customer deals directly with the person doing the work, but that only counts if the site makes it visible. Bookings also had to flow into an existing scheduling platform without adding a second system to manage.
The outcome
A site that puts the owner front and center and turns “not a call center” into the actual selling point. Residential, commercial and on-site screen repair split cleanly, so a property manager and a homeowner each find their path fast. Real job footage and photography carry the proof, and booking routes straight into the existing platform rather than a contact form that stalls.
