The hurdle

A float therapy center running two locations, Fort Collins and Denver, with separate booking systems and service menus at each. Floating is also a category most people have never tried and cannot picture, so the site had to sell an unfamiliar experience while keeping two cities from colliding in the navigation. Every path had to end at the right booking engine, not the other city’s.

The outcome

A calm, image-led site that makes the sensation legible before it asks for a booking, with dedicated education pages on what floating is and what it does. Fort Collins and Denver split at the top level and stay separate all the way through to their own booking systems, so a visitor never lands in the wrong city’s calendar. Sauna and cold plunge sit alongside floating as a full recovery offer rather than add-ons.
